About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I provide individual and group therapy services to children, youth, and young adults ages 3-24, drawing on techniques including play therapy, art therapy, and bibliotherapy, as well as trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

I provide a non-judgmental, affirming, and safe space for you and/or your child's questions, thoughts, and exploration regarding gender identity, sexual orientation, and other identity-related questioning.

If you and/or your child are struggling with concerns at home, school, or work, including navigating COVID restrictions, I can help navigate and address what is going on beneath the surface.

Whether you and/or your child are struggling with feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, or recovering from a traumatic experience, I can help guide the journey towards healing, joy, and connection.
